Electroplating shop

Our electroplating shop has been in operation since 1985 and is an integral part of our company. It was completely renovated in 2015 and equipped with new baths, extraction systems and digital rectifiers. We are TÜV Nord certified for our environment and quality management system and assure you impeccable coatings and platings.

We coat and plate goods up to a maximum surface area of 600 x 900mm.

Copper parts are optionally nickel-plated or tin-plated after degreasing. The plating can be provided as a barrel or rack plating upon the customer's request and depending on the feasibility.

Iron and steel parts are galvanised after thorough cleaning, also as barrel or rack goods. After galvanising, a final blue passivation coating or a thick-film coat is applied. Yellow chromate plating is dispensed with for environmental reasons.

Our barrels have a capacity of 10-15kg (depending on the size of the goods).

Rack goods can be treated in almost any shape and size. Our factory is equipped with a large number of specially coated racks which enable us to tin-plate specific goods such as flexible current leads only on the contact sides.
